Welcome to proper usage of VRAI, the AI assistant developed by Heloavy Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website or using our AI services, you agree to these legal terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
1. Company Identity & Statutory Disclosure
This platform and its associated services are owned and operated by Heloavy Private Limited. In compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, our Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U62011KA2026PTC214959, and our registered office is located at 799/9 13th Cross, Near Anjeyana Temple, Bapuji Vidyanagara, Davangere, Karnataka, India, 577005. 2. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
All digital assets, including the 'Heloavy' trade name and visual logo, are the exclusive intellectual property of Heloavy Private Limited. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, reverse-engineering, republishing, or distributing the 'Heloavy' wordmark or visual logo in any form without our express written permission. Furthermore, you agree not to apply for, or otherwise attempt to register, any trademarks, company names, or domain names that are derived from or confusingly similar to the Heloavy marks.
3. Restricted Access License
Heloavy Private Limited grants you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access the platform. This license explicitly prohibits any commercial derivative use of the platform, as well as the use of data mining, robots, artificial intelligence scrapers, or similar automated data gathering and extraction tools without our consent.
4. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heloavy Private Limited, its directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, particularly regarding the unauthorized use of Heloavy's intellectual property.
5. IT Rules Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Heloavy Private Limited has appointed a Resident Grievance Officer. For complaints regarding user conduct or data processing, please contact the Grievance Officer at contact@heloavy.com. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receipt.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Acceptable Use Policy

- Creating misinformation, fake news, or deepfakes intended to deceive.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the API services.
- Harassing others or automating cyber-attacks.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

AI Accuracy Disclaimer: Artificial Intelligence can make mistakes. VRAI may occasionally generate incorrect information ("hallucinations"). You should verify important facts, especially for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
Limitation of Liability: Heloavy Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
